Participants obtain practical guidance and approaches for implementing and anchoring changes / improvements in their organization.
All phases of change processes will be covered: initiation, planning, definition, piloting, deployment, institutionalization and lessons learned.
Structure:
2  -5 days, depending on objectives (basic methods of change processes, setting up an improvement team, workshops for practical planning of change processes, etc.) and previous knowledge.

Course fee includes certificate, original course material, additional material, catering/lunch. Accommodation is not included.
